Educational Scholarships

Piano for Patients provides educational scholarships to select Location Leaders as an acknowledgement of their hard work and dedication. Anyone who has held the position of Location Leader for at least 1 school year is eligible to apply for a scholarship. Each applicant is required to submit an essay detailing why they think they should receive the scholarship and how they have furthered the mission of Piano for Patients. Commitment to Piano for Patients, musical talent and leadership abilities will be considered in the selection process. The Board of Directors will select and notify recipients of the Piano for Patients Scholarships. Recipients will be required to follow up with Piano for Patients detailing how they used the scholarship funds. 

Awards

Piano for Patients also provides awards to its student volunteers who have demonstrated a strong commitment to Piano for Patients. All student volunteers are eligible to receive awards throughout the year. Recipients will be selected by the Location Leaders and approved by the President of Piano for Patients.
